made with jumbo lump crabmeat and Chardonnay.
Hearty Beef Lentil Soup ~Made with country beef, lentils
and seasoned rice.
Salad:
House Salad ~A medley of mixed
tender baby greens, feta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, served
with your choice of bleu cheese or walnut-raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Entree:
All entrees are served with house salad,
potato and vegetable of the day.
Broiled
Crab Cakes Supreme ~Jumbo lump crab cake dinner lightly buttered
and seasoned.
Poached Salmon ~Freshly cut salmon served with a champagne
and dill butter sauce.
Prime Rib Au Jus ~Freshly cut to order and broiled to your
taste.
Mediterranean Chicken ~Broiled chicken stuffed with Provolone, Parmesan
and goat cheese.
Pasta Mediterranean ~Seasonal vegetables tossed in cheese
sauce, served on a bed of angel hair pasta.
Dessert:
Key Lime Pie ~Slice of homemade
pie, served a la mode with fresh berries or fruit in season.
Bananas Foster ~Fresh sliced banana over vanilla ice cream,
topped with a special brown sugar sauce.
